We Are Your Neighbors

I was watching the news while on the elliptical machine last night (new year’s resolution, you know), and it disturbed me to see all the people that have been displaced from the Western Washington floods in the past 24 hours.

As a home builder, I of course see soaked carpet, warped millwork, rotting drywall and shot electrical systems.  But then I saw the people.  Neighbors who shop at the same Costco as me and who will someday coach my son’s little league team.

This is my community.

We want to take care of our neighbors (as you’ve done for us for so many years).  After to talking to the Lakeville ownership, we’ve determined that if your King County home has sustained damage from the recent flood waters and you don’t have insurance, we’ll get your house fixed back to normal at cost. WE’LL WRITE OFF OUR PROFIT.  Outside of King County, it’s not that we don’t care, it’s just not our territory and our costs would be higher so your costs would be higher.

If you do have insurance, we’ll help you navigate the red tape. We’ve done it before.

The important thing is that your home is back to where you need it to be so you can get back to living your life.  That’s what we do for our neighbors.

Please contact us for help.
